We are looking for an Inside Sales Appointment Setter to join our growing company. This candidate should be skilled at cold calling, comfortable with making 40-50 calls per day, following a script, and meeting a minimum goal of commitments each day. This role would assist our company in growing by utilizing phone scripts and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, a positive and upbeat attitude be willing to report and track data in the company CRM. We offer a base, commission, and bonus structure including some benefits. The primary role of this Inside salesperson will be to call on a pre-qualified list of Loan Officers to set appointments for the company.
