We have an opportunity open for an individual that thrives on working independently and is looking for growth. A perfect candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and organized. Not only do we pay our ISA hourly but there is also the potential for uncapped bonus income.

Bonus will be paid base on appointments that are made and appointments kept, along with appointments made that lead to closings.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office position for local applicants only. Not Remote.


  • Introductory calls with fresh leads coming into our CRM database
  • Scheduling calls, in-person meetings, or showings for a team of 5+ agents
  • Following up with existing leads in our CRM database
  • Applying notes, assignments, and updates to client profiles


Qualifications - MANDATORY

  • Have an active Massachusetts Real Estate License
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to memorize and fluidly recite scripts
  • Having great attention to detail
  • Personable, outgoing personality – ability to communicate effectively (Orally and Written)
  • Advanced phone skills – Must be able to make a minimum of 20 calls per hour

Qualifications - Preferred

  • Bilingual
  • Experience with Gmail Calendar
  • Experience with a Real Estate CRM platform or similar platform. (Chime platform a major plus)
  • Flexible Schedule

$15 per hour + Bonus
