The Scott Baskin Team at Keller Williams Realty is seeking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Agent (ISA) that converts both inbound and outbound leads to appointments for our real estate teams' outside sales agent. If you do not like talking on the phone, this job is not for you. This is a paid position.
The ideal person should have energy, ambition and a willingness to learn, put in the work, and be held accountable. You should have a positive attitude and enthusiasm to come in the office everyday to work the phones, texts, emails and do what it takes to find potential buyers and sellers, nurture them, and set qualified appointments for our outside sales staff. The ISA will be the first point of contact for all leads. You will be responsible for identifying new business prospects through extensive lead generation, nurturing and relationship building.
Pay consists of a base hourly PLUS percentage of gross commission on properties sold.
