Income is a combination of salary and commission with no ceiling on your earnings.

Responsibilities
  • Mindset of growth and accountability
  • Upbeat and positive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Minimum of 40 valid contacts made per day
  • Minimum of 15 appointments set per week
  • Minimum of 7 signed agency agreements per week
  • Make outbound phone calls to qualify leads provided for you. This is not cold calling! Our non-duplicable marketing and leads system provides you with qualified leads to call.
  • Schedule real estate appointments for agents.
  • Nurture and follow-up with potential clients.

With our training and systems, you will have the best opportunity to make the most money in the shortest period of time. We teach you to work smarter and faster than the competition. 

Qualifications
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Technological experience and the desire to learn the processes required of our database and systems.
Compensation
$75,000 at plan commission (includes base salary + commission)
