We are looking for skilled, dynamic and determined individuals to fill the Inside Sales Position for our industry leading real estate team - BOTH FULL TIME and PART TIME. The person qualified for this position has experience in cultivating leads and setting appointments as well as documenting all client communication in an active Client Relationship Management (CRM) database. The Inside Sales position is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so personality, communication skills and attention to detail are all very important. The ability to articulate the company’s value while confidently controlling the conversation and setting qualified appointments is extremely important. This position will be an integral part of our core sales team. The ability to collaborate in a group setting with the desire to add value, not only to clients, but also to fellow team members, is a core value we are looking for in the individual(s) we add our team.

The person qualified for the Inside Sales Associate position is positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution oriented. He or she understands the value of communication, maintains self-confidence, is self-motivating, and has the ability to persuade and guide clients to their own conclusions. This person will also be responsible for prospecting leads, performing mails outs, preparing listing packets and maintaining the lead database.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to leads received from inbound sales inquiries from signs and internet leads, referrals and past clients 
  • Calling and building relationship with said leads and past clients who are interested in buying or selling residential real estate 
  • Being an expert on the evolving Phoenix real estate market and accurately present Brenton Group’s unique value proposition to prospective clients while cleverly handling and overcoming objections 
  • ‪Maintaining rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in the pipeline 
  • Understanding and adhering to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services 
  • Tracking and conveying productivity and sales metrics to management 
  • Attending regular accountability meetings with Team Lead and Operations Manager 
  • Participating in regular training and education requirements 

Qualifications

  • Passion for selling 
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills 
  • ‪Demonstrable record of sales success against quota: commit fully to achieving and exceeding significant daily, weekly and monthly productivity and sales quotas ‪Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken ‪
  • Strong interpersonal skills ‪
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone ‪
  • Be a phone animal: willingness and ability to spend 95% of workday on the phone 
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Google Apps/Calendar, MOJO (phone and dialing technology), Real Geeks (real estate specific CRM and marketing technology), Multiple Listing Service and other technologies as needed 
  • ‪Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line 
  • Knowledge and experience in real estate and sales (Real estate industry experience or Licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent preferable but not required) 

Compensation

$40,000 - $90,000 per year
