DAY TO DAY WORK WOULD INCLUDE:
- Outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Manage inbound buyer and seller inquiries.
- Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with sales agents.
- Follow scripts to deliver a team value proposition and handle objections.
- Manage contact database systems.
- Ability to quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- Willing to be held accountable for goals and results.
- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
- Passionate about selling
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Not offended by rejection
- Sales experience is crucial
- To be successful in this role you will need to meet a minimum number of calls and follow-up tasks per day
