Our fast growing real estate investment company is seeking a Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent with outstanding phone and organizational skills. Previous real estate experience is not necessary, but is preferred. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are also looking for people who are self starters, can take direction, and have a desire to be the best they can be.

This position will involve taking inbound calls and responding to web leads from homeowners in San Antonio and the surrounding area who are interested in selling their home. It is up to our Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent to immediately respond to all leads and create instant rapport while gathering basic information about their property.

In addition to gathering basic information, as our Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent, you will attempt to gauge how motivated homeowners are to sell their house by analyzing their tone, attitude and willingness to share information. Finally, the Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent sets appointments for our Acquisition Manager to meet with the homeowner. All information gathered is entered into our CRM (lead database) system.

When not managing incoming leads, the Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent will perform property research and prospecting to create new lead opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound leads (calls and website) immediately
  • Gather information from homeowners about their property
  • Create rapport with homeowners and gauge motivation to sell
  • Set appointments for Acquisition Manager
  • Enter all information gathered from homeowners into company CRM (Data base)
  • Manage cold and warm leads through follow up system
  • Perform property research and prospecting to create new lead opportunities

Compensation
$45,000 at plan commission (includes base plus bonus potential)
