Seeking motivated Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) to assist our growing real estate team in Rockville, MD. You will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Work from home (if preferred) 

Attend team meetings twice/month (in person or virtually)

  • Prospect and acquire new clients daily from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for listing and/or buyer agents
  • Obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and manage them in our contact management database system (HubSpot) 

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed targets for productivity, appointment setting, and revenue while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

  • Achieve targets for productivity, appointment, and revenue while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads)
  • Coordinate and schedule real estate buying and selling opportunities via phone and e-mail 
  • Qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
  • Cultivate inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
  • Stay abreast of the evolving real estate market
  • Active real estate license in MD, DC or VA
  • Dynamic and articulate
  • Organized, proficient at time management and followup
  • Able to memorize effective script guidelines while incorporating your personal style
  • Enthusiastic, with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Extremely strong on the phone; able to set and close appointments
  • Adept at or able to learn real-estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. HubSpot knowledge a plus
  • Team player who thrives in a tight-knit company where his/her activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Honorable and respectful
  • Able to work from home (and attend team meetings in person or virtually 2x per month)
$70,000+ in Commission
