The ISA position on our team is a critical role and the backbone of our team. Our inside sales agents are the voice of our team and provide our team with appointments. By meeting goals and having a great drive, our ISA’s can earn $75,000 in their first year.

This position has the best of both worlds: a base salary and commission!

You will need to be or become licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson within your first 90 days.


  • Manage the database of leads, keeping incredible notes
  • Cultivate connections with every person you speak to on the phone
  • Learn scripts and make them sound genuine
  • Handle lead objections like a boss
  • Schedule appointments for our team agents
  • You will develop business opportunities by meeting people over the phone and consulting, helping, and sharing insight, content, and expertise while learning about them
  • You will nurture these new relationships by providing valuable information (which you will have) through timely follow-up while uncovering those looking to buy or sell property, or refer others considering buying or selling property


Here's what experience you need to have:

  • Phone sales experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Customer service/sales experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Real estate experience (preferred)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Positive Attitude
  • Aggressive conversations don’t phase or discourage you

Your objectives:

  • Set an appointment for an agent on our team


  • Nurture a relationship over time, manage communication, and eventually set an appointment at a later date

Either of the aforementioned goals will be achieved using the various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our group. Appointments will convert into business by turning them into new clients, and you are compensated based on those closures.
