We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As the Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing real estate investment opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing the acquisition process from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, with a proven track record of success. You should have strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis, as well as excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with our team to develop investment strategies, set acquisition targets, and meet performance metrics. You should be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections from clients
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreements  
  • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with for sale by owners and expireds, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell 
  • Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed 
  • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations for sellers
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
  • Computer Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • +1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired

Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000+
