Sheila and Co., a Real Estate company located in Virginia, USA is now hiring experienced Real Estate Admins with a work history in the following fields in the US.
Work hours: M-F | 8 hours a day EST
PLEASE APPLY IF YOU HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF REAL ESTATE IN U.S. COMPANIES. (ISA, General Admin experience is PREFERRED)
Responsibilities
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
Qualifications
Qualifications needed: Points given
- Transaction Coordinators and ISA (Cold/ Circle Prospecting and New Lead callings minimum 400 per day) in Real Estate Industry in the USA.
- Experienced handling in CRM, Computer Skills such as Google applications (sheets, docs, ptt, drive, voice, Gmail) MS office, Canva, Zoom, Trello, Event/Program coordination, Audio /Video Editing, Graphic design, and dialers.
- Internet connection speed should be 10mbps or above and power backup and Computer specifications should be Intel Core i5 or higher.
