This position is for a responsible active inside sales agent within a prominent real estate team. All incoming new leads need to be managed and delivered to the outside touring agents. Incoming leads come in through phone, email, text, social media or in person. Must be friendly, well spoken.

Additionally, you will be required to answer all new phone calls for incoming customers and office inquiries. 


  • Answer client calls and schedule appointments / tours.
  • Provide administrative and marketing support including typing correspondence (emails, memos, reports, etc.) 
  • Assist Agents in the preparation of marketing materials for real estate deals
  • Create and produce customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, market and industry research and targeted client specific research
  • Maintain internal web-based database; manage and update deal statuses, client information, activity tracking and send e-mail blasts 
  • Take initiative to support Agents with high priority tasks, identify problems and alert team members
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information as needed
  • Organize and e-file important deal-related correspondence
  • Work with vendors to arrange photography and interior design staging as needed
  • May require some receptionist duties
  • Must be able to occasionally work before and / or after normal business hours
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Active Real Estate License preferred, not mandatory.
  • MUST have drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be reliable and determined to succeed.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills.
  • Residential Real Estate experience preferred, but not required.

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour based upon experience
