As an Inside Sales Agent at the Jesse Herfel Real Estate Group, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by The Jesse Herfel Real Estate Group. The Inside Sales Agent's activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills. 

You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. You will assist customers to find the home of their choice and show homes, as needed. The Jesse Herfel Real Estate Group provides all training necessary to successfully perform in the Insides Sales Agent's position.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form 
  • Cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads to appointments 
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections 
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics daily

  • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport

Qualifications

  • Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 8-10+ buying and/or listing appointments weekly 
  • Work a pre-planned 40 to 50 hour work week 
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis 3 hrs/day 
  • Make 100 contacts per week by calling (including but not limited to For Sale by Owners, Past Clients, Just Listed, Open House, Buyers, etc.) 
  • Manage database to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up as well as agents are staying on top of their data base and following up with their sphere of influence 
  • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals  
  • Willing to be held accountable for goals/results 
  • Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks 
  • Send out weekly email updates about the market 
  • Hold an active Arizona real estate license (preferred)

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 (Salary/Bonus)
