Inside Sales Agent (ISA) wanted for high production Real Estate Company in Everett, WA.

We are looking for a skilled, dynamic and self-motivated individual to fill our Inside Sales position on our Industry leading Real Estate Sales Team, The Torset Group.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers. The person qualified for this position has experience in cultivating leads and setting appointments as well as documenting all client communication in an active CRM database. 

The Inside Sales Agent is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so personality, communication skills and attention to detail are all critical skills. The ability to articulate the company values while confidently controlling the conversation is extremely important as this is what leads to setting qualified appointments.

Creating new business and relationships is vital to our business. Having an infectious enthusiasm, excellent business judgment, and engaging phone demeanor is key to being successful. You will be at the front of lead generation and responsible for bringing new business to our capable agents. 


Responsibilities
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team.
  • Managing our CRM and cultivating business from current and past clients. 
Qualifications
  • Experience in outbound calling combined with a professional demeanor and ability to easily navigate objection handling will be required for this highly valued position.
  • Looking for a person to blend with a great growing team of hard working people who very competitive and have fun along the way.
  • Real estate industry experience, a plus.
  • Working knowledge of CRM’s, a plus.
  • Having a Real Estate License is not a requirement but will pay a higher salary and commissions.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Earning potential is $50,000+ for top producing ISA's;  includes a base salary plus bonus/commission based on performance. 
Compensation
$50,000+ includes base salary, to include plan commissions
