We are looking for a driven real estate sales professional who wants to make great money while earning their way to the top.

- Perform a high volume of cold calls (350-400 daily) in order to secure new business and set appointments.
- Provide exemplary customer service / relationship management and consultative selling.
- Develop leads using a variety of traditional and "out-of-the-box" methods.
- Document all activities in CRM.
- Accomplish targeted performance objectives on a consistent basis.
- Background in Real Estate
- CRM experience is preferred
- 1-3 years of inside sales background
- 1-3 years of cold calling experience including a demonstrated success utilizing cold calling for new business development
- 1-3 years of lead generation experience with appointment setting
- Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive "can-do" attitude over the phone and in person
