As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources. 

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound prospecting and follow up calls to convert potential clients to appointments
  • Proactively contact leads, rigorously prospect for new business, and rigorously follow up with leads in pipeline
  • Work cohesively with team lead and agents in ensuring leads are properly distributed
  • Review and complete daily checklists
  • Answer phones and make phone calls; set appointments as needed
  • Prioritize work with setting appointments being the primary focus
  • Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team
Qualifications
  • Dynamic phone presentation skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Comfortable making cold calls; Passionate about selling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; outstanding customer service technique
  • Energetic, with multi-tasking capabilities
  • Hard-working and passionate about winning the appointment
  • Teachable and willing to adopt team’s core values 
  • Team player, but able to work independently to complete tasks
  • Actively participate in weekly role play and training
Compensation
$80,000+
