As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources.
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting and follow up calls to convert potential clients to appointments
- Proactively contact leads, rigorously prospect for new business, and rigorously follow up with leads in pipeline
- Work cohesively with team lead and agents in ensuring leads are properly distributed
- Review and complete daily checklists
- Answer phones and make phone calls; set appointments as needed
- Prioritize work with setting appointments being the primary focus
- Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team
- Dynamic phone presentation skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Comfortable making cold calls; Passionate about selling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; outstanding customer service technique
- Energetic, with multi-tasking capabilities
- Hard-working and passionate about winning the appointment
- Teachable and willing to adopt team’s core values
- Team player, but able to work independently to complete tasks
- Actively participate in weekly role play and training
