We need a Phone/Online concierge to help grow our business. As a concierge you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by The JuanSells.com Realty Co.

You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

Earn a base salary plus sales bonuses ... the sky is the limit!

Responsibilities
  • Calling prospects and setting up appointments
  • Practice, memorize and internalize scripts at least 2 to 4 hours/week
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis
  • Make 120+ contacts per week
  • Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 10+ buying and/or listing appointments weekly
  • Manage contact database system
  • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals
  • Willing to be held accountable for goals/results
  • Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
  • Track weekly goals and progress
  • Conduct lead follow up and nurture leads until appointments are set
Qualifications
  • Very social, people person
  • Previous sales experience
  • To already have or willing to obtain an Indiana Real Estate License within 30 days of employment (We'll help you get this!)
  • Hardworking and persistent
  • Passion for selling
  • Enthusiastic and self-starting approach
  • Ability to memorize and deliver scripts
  • Demonstrable record of sales success against quota: commit fully to achieving and exceeding significant daily, weekly and monthly productivity and sales quotas
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone; willingness and ability to spend 80 to 90% of workday on the phone
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to use or quickly learn new technologies (i.e. Google Apps/Calendar, dialing system, Multiple Listing Service and other technologies as needed)
Compensation
$30,000+/year (based on experience) plus sales bonuses
