As an Inside Sales Agent at the Abbie Shepherd Team, you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify and follow up with seller and buyer leads. You will also be responsible for nurturing our current client database. Your goal is to schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and / or Buyer Specialists.
This is an in-office position with 75% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers. Duties include call preparation, outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of appointments, building and managing the sales pipeline and gathering and recording data into a CRM.
We provide coaching and training to help you achieve your goals. Income will consist of a small base salary and commissions from every sale.
