Expert Real Estate Partners (EREP) is looking for a skilled, dynamic and determined individual to fill our Inside Sales Representative position in our growing Brokerage. The person qualified for this position has experience in cultivating leads and setting appointments as well as documenting all client communication in an active CRM database. 

The qualified person must be positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution oriented while understanding the value of communication. The ISR should maintain the ability and self-confidence to persuade and guide clients to their own conclusions. The ISR position is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so personality, communication skills, and attention to detail is very important. The ability to articulate the company value while confidently controlling the conversation and setting qualified appointments is extremely important. This position is an integral part of our core sales team. A desire to add value to not only the company but also to sales team members is a core value we are seeking. Financial growth for ISR’s with Expert Real Estate Partners is limitless. 

Outbound work will consist of generating new leads by prospecting for FSBO’s, expired listings, cancelled listings, pre-foreclosure listings. The ISR will also leverage past clients, geographic farm leads, and just listed/sold leads.

Inbound work will consist of responding to incoming leads from sign calls, internet sources, and all other types of inbound lead generation while repeatedly maintaining contact with leads over time to nurture them into qualified appointments.


  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client and lead databases
  • Conduct lead follow up and nurture leads until appointments are set


  • Must have 2 years sales experience
  • Phone sales experience
  • Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.
  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.

$50,000+ (Variable Base Salary/Hourly - Additional Bonus Structure)
