Inside Sales Agent (ISA) wanted to work with a busy, top-producing residential real estate group at Keller Williams.

Full time hours and huge potential to grow into a permanent Buyer's Agent position possible. Real estate license is required, but will hire with licensee forthcoming in 60 days.

Candidate needs to be detailed, tech savvy, possess fast typing skills (45-60 wpm) and have sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail/Google Docs/Google Drive, and Dropbox preferred.

Potential to grow and increase commission compensation after a 60 day probation period.

Must be available to work 6 days a week and 4 mornings a week. Flexible work environment, lots of opportunity for growth.

Commission based.

  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents.
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.


  • Possess a current Real Estate license or are in the process of obtaining.
  • Previous Real Estate experience.
  • Located in Nevada.
  • Driver's license in good standing.
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts.
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken.
  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary.
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies.
