Our team is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong customer service experience to join our team.

As a Real Estate Sales Listing Associate your primary responsibilities will be to call potential clients, nurture relationships with those clients and then schedule meetings for them with the listing and/or buyer specialist. You will also be responsible for calling past clients for referrals and following up with potential clients on a regular basis.

You must be a TX licensed real estate salesperson.

Responsibilities
  • Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team.
  • Call potential clients.
  • Nurture relationships with those clients.
  • Schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer specialist.
  • Diligent customer follow-up and follow-through.
  • Commitment to your professional goals.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
  • Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services.
  • Developing business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
Qualifications
  • You must be a TX licensed real estate salesperson.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Ability to converse easily with people and ask pertinent questions.
  • Strong written and verbal skills. 
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable. 
  • Proficient with computers and spreadsheets.
  • Decisive and proactive.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).

Compensation
$35,000 - $50,000 at plan commission
