The Lead Business Development Agent / (Inside Sales Agent) role is perfect for someone who desires to assist our top producing real estate team in building and creating new business in a fun and fast paced environment. You must be charismatic, likable, and easy to connect with quickly, while also holding the skills to multi-task and manage many day to day details, systems, and people. If you have experience in the real estate, mortgage, or insurance industry, the Inside Sales Agent Career would be a great fit, although industry specific experience is not required. Also, this job could be done from home a few days a week, 3 at office, 2 at home joining the team by video.

The Jason Baker Team provides all training necessary to successfully perform in the Inside Sales Agent position, and you must have or be willing/able to obtain your Montana Real Estate License.


  • Practice, memorize and internalize scripts at least 2 to 4 hours per week.
  • Work a pre-planned 30-40 hour work week.
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis at least 3 hours per day.
  • Make 100 - 150 contacts per week calling on: open houses, door knocking, various other sources.
  • Conduct 10 - 20 hours of lead follow-up per week.
  • Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 8-10+ buying and/or listing appointments weekly.
  • Manage contact database system.
  • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
  • Willing to be held accountable for goals/results.
  • Attend team training meetings and establish daily role-play partners.
  • Track weekly goals and progress.
  • Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors.  
  • Not afraid to make lots of phone calls daily.  
  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.  
  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.  
  • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and can build rapport quickly.

$50,000 - $80,000 Commission Program - Up to $1500 monthly base may be available
