Responsibilities
  • In your role as the Sales Leader for The Hannigan Team Realty you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads. You will also schedule appointments with qualified leads for some of the top real estate agents in the World 
  • As you learn the different systems and nuances of residential real estate sales leads you will develop high-grade systems of your own for the call center platform, build and train your peerless sales force, and reach unprecedented sales goals for The Hannigan Team Realty
  • Sales pipelines will be built and managed through the use of our premium Customer Relationship Management platforms
  • Scheduling of appointments, e-mail and text communication, and social media engagement when appropriate are additional responsibilities supplementing phone call lead generation 
  • The "ISA" portion of the Sales Leader role is primarily in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone hunting for prospective buyers and sellers
Qualifications
  • Excellent, commanding communication skills
  • Strong, confident, enthusiastic speaking voice
  • Ability to pick up on a person's moods both in person and over the phone in order to better understand and uncover needs to service
  • Strong sense of urgency and awareness of the team production goals at all times
  • Knack for asking insightful questions to quickly build rapport and trust
  • Skill to hear "no" in 80% of sales calls and overcome objections to eventually earn a "yes"
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Discipline to take care of the most important tasks at hand in the midst of a very fast-paced and demanding environment
  • The ideal candidate strong background in sports so they appreciate working on a team, being coached on a daily basis, are learning based, and possess sheer grit and the will to succeed at all levels

  • Base plus commission with potential to earn $60,000-$90,000+ a year
  • Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Missouri Real Estate License if duties evolve to require it

Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000+/year (Base Salary plus Commission and Bonuses)
