Inside Sales Agent for a Top Real Estate Group

A top-performing, nationally recognized real estate group is searching for a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing team in Los Angeles. You will be our clients' first point of contact and represent our team professionally, friendly, and positively.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will prospect and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the agents on the team.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of the Real Estate industry, is a fast learner, has confident and effective communication skills, is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve and exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. Up to $60,000 salary + bonuses. Total earning potential $150,000+

Responsibilities

  • Quick follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Provide white glove customer service to prospective, current, and past clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust
  • Convert leads into qualified real estate clients by continuously following up via phone calls/texts/emails and adding them to the sales pipeline until agent appointments are set
  • Coordinate scheduling appointments between agents and prospective clients
  • Oversee and manage agents to ensure they are delivering quality service throughout the transaction
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective, current, and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Report key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the team to ensure goals are met
  • Expand business opportunities by handling, tracking, and converting multiple leads per month
  • Expand client base by identifying opportunities in target regions and spearheading lead generation campaigns
  • Confidently and effectively communicate with clients, agents, and management

Qualifications

  • Inside sales experience in a fast pace environment is required
  • At least 2 years of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for real estate and knowledge of the Los Angeles area
  • Experience using CRMs required, and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to systems
  • People-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus
  • High school diploma required
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car, if needed

Compensation
Up to $60,000 yearly + bonuses
