We are seeking three motivated Inside Sales Agents (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Team ASAP! As an Inside Sales Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.

We are on track to do 250 transactions in 2019 and are projecting to double that in 2020!

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

Location:

This position will work out of San Marcos, CA.

Compensation:

  • $20 per hour + bonuses (no cap or ceiling in earnings)
  • Hours we are looking to fill are Saturday 9 - 5 pm, Sunday 9 - 5 pm, Monday 2 - 8 pm and, Tuesday 2 - 8 pm
Responsibilities
  • You will spend the larger part of your day communicating with prospective clients via telephone and email as well as managing all sequences of the sales cycle so that our customers needs are met in an efficient and organized way
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
  • Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support
  • Use the Standard Operating Procedures and follow protocol
Qualifications
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Driven to succeed
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Available during the times listed above
Compensation
$20/hr + bonuses
