We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Agents (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Team! As an Inside Sales Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.


Location:

  • This position will work out of San Marcos, CA.


Compensation:

  • $12 / hr + bonuses (no cap or ceiling in earnings)


Job Type: 

  • Part-time. Schedule will include evenings and weekends fixed.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling in order to meet the needs of our customers
  • An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
  • Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to prospective customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity

Compensation
$12 hourly + bonuses
