We are Workman Success Systems. We are a fast-growing consulting, coaching, and training firm for Real Estate agents and brokers. 

We are looking for energetic individuals to join our already amazing sales team! We live, eat, and drink our core values! We work hard and we play hard AND we have snacks galore--WHAT? As an Appointment Setter, you will prospect for and acquire new clients from various lead sources provided. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads.

We are looking for someone who is driven to quickly connect and build rapport with warm leads and has excellent verbal communication skills. This position is not just a dead-end position! We are looking for people to grow with us as we grow as a company!

Responsibilities

  • Achieving appointment setting targets while responding effectively to client inquiries (usually in form of sales leads).
  • Accomplish monthly activity goals. 
  • Master the sales process and call scripts. 
  • Participate in on-going training to develop an understanding of products.
  • Enter and maintain prospect information in CRM, and keep client information current daily.
  • Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Gets along well with others, positive and optimistic.
  • Finds new and innovative approaches to problems. 
  • Proactive acts without being told what to do and brings new ideas.
  • Expects the highest personal and team performance. 
  • Demonstrated history of initiative and ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills via email and phone.
  • Flexibility/adaptability, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Must be willing to work in Workman Success main office (which is amazing) in Salt Lake City.
  • Real Estate experience a huge plus.
  • Previous experience with web-based CRMs. We currently use Hubspot CRM.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.

Compensation
$36,000 - $80,000 at plan yearly
