We are now interviewing for a part-time and full time Inside Sales Agent!

This is an important position that will include following up with hot and warm prospects to schedule appointments for our real estate agents while managing our database. We offer a complete hands-on training program. You will be paid a base salary with the opportunity for a bonus on each conversion you make!!

Two positions open for immediate hire.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Qualifications
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation
$2,200 month base pay plus commission -Full Time
