Learn how to acquire and generate new customers on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by The Helgemo Real Estate Team. Assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. 

Responsibilities
  • Set qualified appointments for Lead Agent.
  • Use scripts to prospect daily for new customers a minimum of 4 hrs/day, 150-200 contacts per week calling on a variety of designated sources.
  • Qualify potential clients for appointments with agents to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics.
  • Conduct 10 to 15 hours of lead follow-up per week.
Qualifications
  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.
  • Create a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented and high achiever.
  • Understanding of computers and navigating the Internet.

  • Strong phone voice.
  • Willingness to spend 80% of workday on the phone. 
  • Valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
Compensation
$35,000 + based upon experience and performance
