As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for The Nickley Group, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by The Nickley Group. You will assist in all aspects of prospecting, cultivating leads, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads, and schedule consultations for our Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

Responsibilities

  • As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with The Nickley Group, you will prospect for, qualify, and follow up with buyer and seller leads. You will schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Outside Sales Agents. 
  • This role is primarily in office with 80-90% of your time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers. Responsibilities include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of appointments, building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM. 
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong phone voice, ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

  • Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Florida Real Estate License. 
  • Must be team oriented, learning based, have a positive attitude, and possess grit and the desire to succeed at a very high level. 
  • Sales and phone experience a plus. 

Compensation

$50,000 - $80,000
