We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Agents. The ISA will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our company. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

We are looking for someone who is results oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Inside Sales Agent’s Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prospect leads and cultivate relationships in order to set appointments for the Outside Sales Agents.
  • Master the company approved scripts and common objection handlers.
  • Provide a high level of care and diligence to the integrity of our database.

Inside Sales Agent’s Goals:

  • 500 Dials per week.
  • 50 Prospecting Conversations per week.
  • 25 Follow Up Conversations per week.
  • 15 New Appointments per month.
  • Min 5 day work week in the office. Hours are to be discussed but will be 8 hour shifts and some flexibility.
  • Good working knowledge of the real estate markets and our unique benefits.
  • Proficiency with all scripts and common objections that may arise during the sales and/or recruiting process.
  • Proficiency with the sales process and systems used at GE.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and company events.
  • Maintain sales dashboards and trackers for performance visibility and bonus eligibility.
Qualifications
  • Must be a people person with knowledge of the Real Estate market. Not afraid to smile and dial!
  • Good working knowledge of our unique benefits but will train!
  • Proficiency with all scripts and common objections that may arise during the sales and/or recruiting process.
  • Proficiency with sales calling and working with on-line leads.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and company events.
  • Maintain sales dashboards and trackers for performance visibility and bonus eligibility.
Compensation
$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
