We are looking for a MOTIVATED individual with sales experience and drive to be the best!

You’ll hunt for properties, build relationships, and add deals to the sales funnel to grow our real estate portfolio. This position is for a person who loves helping people and excels at creating "win-win" deals. We are looking for driven and down-to-earth people who build relationships quickly.

You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills, along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us. 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A professional who understands success comes through hard work and tenacity. This person is teachable and always trying to improve themselves.
  • This candidate is a fast starter, is highly money motivated, and is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career.
  • This person doesn't whine nor make excuses; they get results and are proud of them. This candidate can follow instructions and is detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
  • Managing weekly/monthly activities to achieve sales goals
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information (Calling, emailing, texting- Following up and being able to close these leads)
  • Set and attend appointments with potential home sellers to purchase homes
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed

Qualifications

  • Direct Sales Experience
  • A motivated and self-starter, with a high level of passion, professionalism, and integrity- Someone who is hungry and willing to give their all to close deals
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Computer Proficient (Google Docs, Emailing, CRM, etc.)
  • Ability to overcome objections in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bi-Lingual is preferred but not required

Compensation
$48,000 + Commission
