- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
- Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling in order to meet the needs of our customers
- Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
- Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
