We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play an integral role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buying and listing agents. Responsibilities
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently

  • Oversee the systems and protocol for the customer and client experience
  • Supervise and manage agents to ensure they are delivering quality service throughout the transaction
  • Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers - this involves numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages daily
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • 40-50% of the job entails conversations with potential buyers/sellers AND agents on the team
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
