Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently

  • Expand business opportunities by handling, tracking, and converting multiple leads per month 
  • Provide white glove customer service to prospective clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust 
  • Convert leads into qualified real estate clients by continuously following up via phone calls/texts/emails and adding them to the sales pipeline until agent appointments are set
  • Coordinate scheduling appointments between agents and prospective clients
  • Categorize contacts and update information into the CRM to ensure that all team members have the most accurate and current data
  • Report key performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to the team to ensure goals are achieved 
  • Expand client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions and spearhead lead generation campaigns 
  • Effectively communicate with management and agents 

Qualifications
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

  • Passion for real estate and knowledge of local Los Angeles neighborhoods
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Experience using CRMs preferred, and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Displays people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude 

Compensation
$50,000 DOE
