The ISA is responsible for contacting buyers and sellers who reach out to us for help (no cold calling), creating relationships with nurtures for our future sales pipeline, and setting appointments for our real estate agents.

This role involves leadership, management, a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems, and a friendly/personable demeanor on the phone. You must be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask) and be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis.

• Oversee the systems and protocol for the customer and client experience.
