We are currently looking for ONE more sales rep to join our team.

Here is your chance to join a hard working and rapidly growing real estate company. We do require our sales reps to be enthusiastic, resourceful, and a strong desire for success at the highest level. We do not require prior experience.

This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes.

This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a very large income for you. YOU CONTROL YOUR PAY! You will learn a ton about the real estate industry and turn this into a lifelong career!

100% commission based plus bonuses with potential of $70,000 - $125,000 (or more!) per year. 

The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be. A great salesperson will earn $70,000 with us in their first year, but a top producer will earn well over 6 figures in their first year. 

Quality leads will be provided for you but you will be expected to find your own leads as well. If you are a self starter, you will thrive in this position!

• Empathy is a crucial skill. You must listen to the seller to understand their needs and how to craft a solution around their problem.
• Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database.
• Meet with sellers who are motivated to sell their house fast for cash.
• Understand seller motivations and personalities so we can get contracts signed!

• A Real Estate License is not required but can be a great asset to have. We will pay for you to get licensed.
• Must be able to overcome objectives and negotiate well.
• Must be able to manage leads and ongoing follow-ups with prospects.
• Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.
• Must be able and comfortable with using technology (Smartphone/computer/apps/CRM).
