We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. We have more qualified leads that we can handle and therefore we need you! Follow our system and performance standards and $75,000 is just a starting point.


Zero Marketing Costs: We will pay for all the tools you need to be successful, including tons of leads, personalized websites, a state of the art contact management system, phone and text message apps, Email drip campaigns, digital marketing to your sphere of influence, etc.

Do what you do best: Talk to prospects, go on appointments, negotiate contracts, give great customer service and we will take care of the rest!

Free Administrative Support: We pay for all administrative and support staff salaries, desk fees, office space and office supplies.

  • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
  • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
  • Manage database to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead

  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
  • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Must have closed 3-5 transactions in the last year
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • Must have active North and South Carolina Real estate license
  • Demonstrable record of sales success against quotas
  • Must be able to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations
