Receive a base (plus bonuses!) in real estate while serving as an Inside Service and Sales Agent! 

This role involves leadership, management, a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems and a friendly/personable demeanor on the phone.

This individual must be highly professional and trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers and finances.

  • Thick skin. You need to be okay with being told "Screw You!" multiple times a day on the phone....and just keep going.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect all day, every day. You are available to prospect from 8am - 2pm or 1pm - 9pm Monday - Friday PST and on weekends. You are available to make/answer calls in the evenings and weekends.
  • Oversee the systems and protocol for the customer and client experience.
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Supervise and manage agents to ensure they are delivering quality service throughout the transaction.
  • Manage the customer experience through serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers; this involves numerous phone calls, emails and text messages daily.
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
  • 80-90% of the job entails conversations with potential buyers/sellers and agents on the team - you must be a "people-person."
  • You must have the ability to hustle like no one's business!

An example of a schedule would be:

Option 1:

  • Sunday: 1pm- 9pm (all PST)
  • Monday: 1pm-9pm
  • Tuesday: 1pm-9pm
  • Wednesday: 8am-4pm (but required coaching call at noon every other week)
  • Thursday: off 
  • Friday: off
  • Saturday: 1pm-9pm

Option 2:

  • Sunday: 8am-2pm (all PST)
  • Monday: off
  • Tuesday: off
  • Wednesday: 1pm-9pm (required coaching call every other week at noon)
  • Thursday: self directed work group and 1pm-9pm
  • Friday: 1pm-9pm 
  • Saturday: 8am-2pm
Qualifications

No real estate experience is required

  • A team player who thrives working with a tight knit company and fits in with our team culture is a must
  • Practice, memorize and internalize scripts (We'll provide you the scripts)
  • Dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Decisive and proactive
  • Passionate about selling
  • Confident on the phone
  • Compassionate

  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary
  • Thick skin and discipline required
  • Must be able to take rejection and bounce right back
  • Must be excited by the challenge of working in one of the toughest positions in Real Estate

Compensation
$100,000+ (includes base plus potential bonus)
