A great ISA is not afraid of a no, you are solid at understanding and working through objections, a great closer, has a superb eye for detail and loves talking to people on the phone the majority of the day.

Responsibilities
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele

  • Make 100 contacts (conversations/texts/email communication) per day
  • Daily lead generation, inbound and outbound calling-set 1 appointment by lunchtime
  • Daily lead follow-up-set 1 appointment by end of day
  • Prequalify appointment to convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics
  • Precise management of database systems
  • Set/confirm appointments for agents, track productivity and conversion rates

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads

  • Must have a valid Georgia Real Estate license
  • Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience and record of success
  • Must possess exceptional phone and writing skills
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented with regard to systems
  • Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis
  • Must be hyper-focused on working scripts through conversations and nurtures with potential clients


Compensation
$60,000+ commission based with small salary
