Our Inside Sales Agent position will teach you the biggest asset of any successful real estate agent which is the ability to consistently generate new leads to build your business. This is a great way for someone to start a career in real estate and learn the industry with the ability to earn a salary + commissions from day one. After 90 days your role will begin the transition to Full-Time Buyer/Listing Agent.

Daily activities will include learning how to build and manage a database, prospect outreach via phone, email and text messaging, daily interaction with prospects via social media, following up on all inquiries from prospects and answering all incoming phone calls and emails to the team. You will have the ability to attend market center training, go on appointments with established agents and hold open houses to build your own real estate business. The goal is to set appointments for established agents in which a commission will be paid on for every appointment set. This is a position with high accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
  • Develop business opportunity within specific geographies served by our team
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
  • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics to Real Estate Agents

Compensation
$1,400 per month + Commission
