We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making follow-up calls, building relationships with potential clients, helping to recruit, train, and manage new agents, and improving our lead conversion rate. Monticello is an independent, boutique residential real estate company with offices in Albany and Saratoga. Responsibilities
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

  • Help recruit, train, and manage new real estate agents
  • Support the team or real estate agents
  • Supervise contract compliance for all company realtors – document retention

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
