We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Team!

Entry level position. This is a cold calling position to start.

Part time position with growth opportunity for the right candidate IF they desire. Join a high functioning team focused on lead generation, cultivating relationships with the community, gather information and help service the great people of Charlotte NC.

The ideal candidate is an organized people person with some computer skills. To start you will be handling callers to isolate individuals interested in selling their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle to ensure the needs of our customers are met
Qualifications
  • Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution oriented
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Driven to excel in a role where your efforts determine your income
  • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
Compensation
$8 hourly + bonus
