Our Inside Sales position includes a set schedule and an uncapped earning potential. Jump on the phone talking to potential real estate buyers interested in working with us (this is not cold calling). This is a positive encouraging work environment where you are part of a team with other champions and high achievers. We are looking for self-motivated, proactive go-getters with a positive attitude who want to grow professionally and personally. If that describes you, we would love to talk to you right away!

Compensation: $24,000 a year plus commission per home sold. Projecting $50,000 - $60,000 your first year with us and up from there.

The second-year potential projected income is $65,000-$80,000, and we have individuals in the ISA department who has been with us for three-plus years and earning over six figures.

Job Type: Full-time (Sales role)

Responsibilities

  • Call buyers and sellers back
  • Book appointments for our agent partners
  • Manage the questions buyers have on my homes for sale
  • Communicate with agents daily
  • Assist in getting positive reviews
  • Compile and distribute weekly and monthly reports
  • Continue to take a day to day office tasks away from me

Qualifications

  • Must be technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills
  • Driven to make a better income
