Who are we looking for? Born and bred marketers. A Marketer draws energy working with people, works with a sense of urgency and is passionate about achievement while promoting the brand of services KAIZEN provides.

This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for marketing and selling is responsible for ultimately converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized marketing and follow-up in conjunction with the broader and high-level marketing activities of the company.  

This individual will be data driven, take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.

This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.

The Marketer’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team. 

Responsibilities
  • Farm new leads to set appointments for Outside Sales Agents.
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels, etc.
  • Work a scheduled 40-hour week.
  • Prospect for new clients calling on: Expireds/FSBOs, Buyers, Sphere of Influence, Past Clients / Database, Just Listed / Just Sold, Open Houses.
  • Call past clients for referrals.
  • Practice call scripts at least 3 hours per week.
  • Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow up per week.
  • Manage contact database system.
  • Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play partners.
  • Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Participate in events and planning.
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is preferred but not required for this job.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Some past experience in marketing preferred. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Proficiency in computer marketing software in order to monitor traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers.
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media Managing, Event Planning.
Compensation
$24,000 - $100,000 yearly - Commission Based
