Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis using the telephone
  • Make contacts and appointments calling on various leads  
  • Conduct 10 hours of lead follow up per week 
  • Manage 50+ new Incoming leads weekly 
  • Convert leads to appointments 
  • Manage contact database for (2) agents
  • Willing to be held accountable for goals/results, measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks 

Qualifications

  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport
  • Organized, systematic and detailed oriented
  • Results – oriented
  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Passionate about selling
  • Motivated to reach goals, earn more income and help people
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Computer savvy
  • Team player who can be enthusiastic about reaching goals for team
Compensation
$60,000 first year potential
