We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent to assist a growing Real Estate Team! Keeling Homes is in the top 1% of agents in the Madison area and we are looking for Inside Sales agents to keep us growing. We invest in you which means that a position with us involves potential for exponential growth in income. The more qualified appointments you set, the more commission you make.


As an Inside Sales Agent you will be speaking with residents in the Madison area and assisting them gaining the knowledge they need to sell their home. You will use your exceptional phone skills and relationship building ability to set appointments for our agents. The Inside Sales Agent is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and works with a sense of urgency. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up.


This individual will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads. This person must also be a go-getter, who is motivated to connect with as many Madison residents as possible. 


The Inside Sales position is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so personality, communication skills and attention to detail is very important. The ability to articulate the company value while confidently controlling the conversation and setting qualified appointments is extremely important. You will be joining a collaborative environment in which everyone is coached to fill their potential while adding value to both clients and the team alike so an interest in personal development is highly encouraged!

Responsibilities
  • Manage company generated seller business through direct phone and email communication while documenting all interactions in detail within contact record
  • Prospect daily for potential clients (FSBO, Expired, etc.)
  • Nurture potential prospects through extensive follow up communication until ready for appointment with respective buyer or seller expert advisor
  • Document all client communication and build out automated follow up systems and processes through company CRM
  • Follow-up with and nurture past clients (raving fans) through automated follow and tasks to gain repeat and referral business to reach company goal
  • Track all prospective, current active and closed client status and conversions and assist in process improvement to help company reach overall success goals
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market in Madison, WI.
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents.
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.

  • Real Estate knowledge is a plus but not required

Compensation
$30,000 PLUS commission
