Aldrich Web Solutions is looking for a candidate that loves serving people, enjoys technical e-commerce systems, and is a great communicator to fill our Inside Sales Advisor position in our office in Marion, IL.

The Inside Sales Advisor position is responsible for doing customer web demos, follow-ups, offering proposals, and eventually generating contracts to prospects who have been identified as Sales Qualified Leads.

This position requires that you form relationships with prospects and show them how our e-commerce platform can help them eliminate their pain points. You will be keeping in touch and reaching out to people on a weekly or bi-weekly. You will write lots of emails and make many phone calls. You will have to be able to use a CRM system to track contacts, customer notes, follow-up schedules, etc.

You will become an expert in our e-commerce system and be able to answer detailed questions from prospects. You will also learn distribution, which makes distributors tick, and the unique challenges their industry faces.

Finally, our Inside Sales Advisor will reach out to existing clients to be their primary point of contact. This will include emails/phone calls on significant dates and semi-annual outreach to get a feel for how the client is doing and to show them new products/modules/add-ons, etc.

This position is a base plus commission position.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads
  • Respond to online information/quote requests promptly
  • Contact all leads and prospects regularly until they buy from us or someone else
  • Perform custom demos via online web meetings
  • Generate compelling emails to convince customers to make a purchase
  • Form relationships with prospects and clients
  • Keep in touch with existing clients regularly
  • Generate the needed proposals/contracts for prospects
  • Update the customer records in our CRM systems

Qualifications

  • A desire to sell by serving and educating
  • Time management skills
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commission sales experience
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to track, log, and consistently use a system
  • The ability to use technology to do remote demonstrations
  • Adept at technology, especially email and CRM systems
  • A friendly and engaging personality

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
