We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist the Homestead & Company Real Estate Team in Oklahoma City, OK! You will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our business and brand.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with a performance based pay plan and is excited by the unlimited capabilities of their compensation. They are comfortable in a team environment and passionate about achievement. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve productivity goals while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

This candidate will need to have a Real Estate license, be working to attain one or be willing to learn more about what it takes to obtain a Real Estate license.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business opportunity by using the tools and lead sources provided by the company.
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Understand scripts and objection handling while striving to set appointments and reach goals. 

Qualifications

  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Has strong, articulate and well-spoken communication skills.
  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented.

Compensation
$24,000 plus incentives
