- Manage a CRM with prospective recruits
- Work with our recruiting team
- Research potential recruits
- Coordinate all efforts
- Cold calling perspective
- Make minimum of 5 appointments a week
- Superb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Current knowledge of recruitment best practices, human resource policies, EEO and affirmative action policies and guidelines
- Proficient with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools
- Three years of experience with full-cycle recruiting, or as a sales manager, Mortgage industry branch manager.
