Our mortgage joint venture with a local, high-producing real estate office is looking to add a dynamic and experienced originator to work as an inside loan officer. You would be working inside the office, partnering with company leadership on how to expand and grow your business!

• Ensure sales goals are achieved by leading, training, and motivating employees
• Exceed new business generation, pipeline, and sales management goals to increase market share
• Maintain personal production and pipeline of loans as a Producing Branch Manager
• Build a well-rounded team by recruiting a strong group of loan officers
• Manage loan officers to maintain high loan quality, production, and customer service
• Enforce branch procedures, and policies, and ensure protocols are followed by all staff members

• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, and exceptional communication skills
• Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans
• 2-4 years of experience in the mortgage industry with a particular emphasis on loan origination
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and consistent personal production as a loan officer
• Must be state licensed or able to qualify for state licensure as an MLO (for those federally registered)
