We're looking for an Infant Teacher Assistant to support and nurture the babies in our Infant One classroom. Each day, the Infant Teacher Assistant will help our Infant Lead Teacher with feeding the babies, changing them, putting them down for naps, and with curriculum to ensure the proper development of them. This position is extremely fulfilling, as you will be directly responsible for these infants at their most developing age.

An Infant One Teacher Assistant is someone who:

• Has a basic understanding of the development of an infant
• Is attentive to the needs of the infant/classroom
• Asks questions to learn and understand more than the basic development
• Can take direction as well as delegate
• Is able to take control and fully operate the classroom as needed
• Is proactive, not reactive
• Follows directions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience working with infants
• Strong oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
• Ability to solve problems and act quickly in a crisis
